Shipping policy

We are packing and processing orders M-F. It may take a week for your order to be processed (but we usually get them out within a day or two).

We ship via DHL and FedEx through our warehouse in Pennsylvania. For one of a kind items and samples we ship from our offices in California via USPS. You will be notified of the carrier through tracking information. Once a package has been transferred to a carrier we have no control over its journey. We do not promise ship time frames and are not responsible for the speed of your order.

We offer Route package protection automatically on all orders to protect against an order going missing, being stolen, or arriving damaged by its travels. When you opt out you are forgoing protection if your order is lost, stolen or is damaged from it's travels.

If you opt out of Route protection and your item is listed as delivered but you have not received we cannot issue a refund or replacement for it.

Duties, taxes, VAT and additional fees are estimated and charged at checkout.
