This was the exact dress that a prolific Canadian serial killer would wear. He would wear this dress before he would drown swarthy Italian men with overly-kempt facial hair in his apartment jacuzzi. He wasn’t supposed to have a jacuzzi in his apartment, but he did it anyway. Hundreds of gallons of water just sloshing around on the 38th floor of one of the nicest apartment buildings in downtown Toronto.
