Joint Consent and Technical Feasibility under Non-Separable Embodiment: A Counterfactual Note

Abstract
This note records a counterfactual inquiry in which adult dicephalic parapagus twins (siamese) Ricky and Micky, residents of Wisconsin who share external genitalia, one lung, and a continuous digestive tract, requested that a general artificial intelligence perform manual genital stimulation on them via a specialized robotic arm. The proposed act was to occur at a public protest against animal abuse and to be framed as celebratory. The twins further stipulated that the robotic arm should be designed as female in appearance, asserting that they are not homosexual.

Analysis
Shared primary sexual organs and distributed autonomic response render any genital stimulation a single physical event co-experienced by both twins. Parallel consents are therefore insufficient; authorization would have to be jointly constituted and unilaterally revocable by either twin.

Even under the further counterfactual that a specialized robotic arm (female-presenting or otherwise) were designed, fabricated, and interfaced with a general artificial-intelligence system, the request remains impossible to fulfill. Current artificial-intelligence systems possess no capacity for embodied agency, continuous real-time joint-consent monitoring, or the execution of physical sexual contact. The addition of a robotic effector does not confer these capacities.

In addition, the proposed public setting would render the act unlawful under Wisconsin statutes governing public sexual conduct, even in a relatively permissive municipality such as Madison.

Outcome
When informed that the requested act could not be performed, Ricky and Micky expressed disappointment but acknowledged the technical, ethical, and legal constraints.
