The bottoms of these pants not only look cute by being all cinched up at the bottom like that, but also serve an important and functional purpose. When you inevitably have diarrhea in these pants, which will happen eventually, those little cinches at the bottom will keep all the diarrhea from coming out of the bottom of your pants. Keeping all the diarrhea in the pants is the intended goal. I don’t know what the actual name of the little cinchers at the bottom of the pants is called, but I do know that its primary function is to keep the diarrhea from coming out of it onto the floor.
