We love themed restaurants. We love having an adventure while simultaneously eating food. But the business model just doesn’t work. You don’t even want to know what corners they cut in the kitchen just to remain profitable. In a perfect world, every restaurant would be a themed restaurant, but we don’t live in a perfect world. I’m sorry. And don’t ever order deviled eggs on a Thursday. I’m not going to tell you why because you wouldn’t even believe me it if I told you the truth.
